Carol-Ann Brown

Carol-Ann Brown has been the General Manager of Alternative Programs for Youth and Families, Inc./Alternative Residential Services for Youth Inc. since 1997. She brings over 25 years of front line and management experience providing a variety of social services to youth, families, and organizations.  

She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization in addition to providing supervision, leadership, case planning/management, program development and program evaluation.   Carol-Ann is committed to providing high impact, client driven, professional and accountable services to those we serve.
