Our Team is available to assist you or your loved one in their home or ours. We promote healthy independence within a supportive environment.

We offer comfortable, safe respite placements within family homes, staffed by skilled, experienced and educated personnel, ensuring a respectful and supportive environment for all participants. Our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we are open for daytime or overnight respite care.

As the diagnosis of developmental disabilities increases within our county, so does the need for more significant support for those caring for special-needs family members.

Alternative Programs for Youth and Families, Inc. strives to provide services to meet the needs of ALL families living within our community. Residential respite services are essential for both the caregiver/parent and the participants.

To prevent crisis, reduce parental stress, and enhance caregiver support, our Team Members will come to participant homes overnight or provide daily respite. Whether the need is two hours or eight, we offer flexible and customized plans of care tailored to assist with your specific needs.
