Job Details: Salary $17-$18/ hr
Job type: Full time, Part time and Casual
Shift work 12 hr rotating schedule
Start time: Immediately

Would you like to be part of a non-profit organization that is resident focused for young individuals with various mental health disorder as well as complex needs. We support youth and gender diverse individuals. Must have ability to work as part of the team. To have a strong knowledge of written/verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as organizational and time management. Knowledge of behavioral management strategies. Staff will be accompanying clients to appointments and outing. The youth care worker participates in meeting the needs of youth who present challenges that causes impairment at school or in the community. We strive to provide quality of care for our youth.
Successful candidates must have:
Clear Child Abuse Registry check
Clear Police Records check (Including Vulnerable sector)
Post Secondary Education -diploma/degree
Emergency First Aid CPR Level “C” & AED
Must have Valid Licence and Vehicle that you can use for work
Food Handlers Certification
Valid of proof of COVID Vaccine as per government regulations
WHMIS/OHS
Basic Medication Training
Basic Personal Care
IPP training
NVCI/Non aversive training
